Ida Salley Reamer papers, 1914-1922.

Correspondence, minutes, resolutions, notes, reports, and other papers relating to Reamer's activities with South Carolina Equal Suffrage League and its merger (1920) with League of Women Voters of South Carolina, and South Carolina Council of Defense, during World War I. Includes resolutions of 1919 and 1920; treasurer's report from 1919; miscellaneous documents regarding the Suffrage League and its organizations in Columbia, Spartanburg, and Charleston; and notes of the Council of Defense Field Secretary re development of local units within the states. Also includes bound volume, 1914-1920, containing minutes of annual meetings; and minutes of the executive board, 1914, 1916, 1918, 1919. Collection includes small amount of Reamer's correspondence, 1920-1921, as Chairman for Richland County, S.C., following merger of SCESL and Leauge of Women Voters.
